The same goes if he recommends that a part is likely to give issues later and worth changing at that time it would save you money in the long term.

My boiler behind the fire in my lounge was very very old and realistically needed to be replaced with an up-to-date one. After putting it off for a while by chance I came across Expert Heat. I’m so glad I did. From beginning to end the service was first class.
In my opinion it was going to be a difficult job.
There was limited space to position a new boiler upstairs in the airing cupboard which was the preferred location.The cupboard was already the home of a large hot water tank that would have to be removed first hopefully without damaging the cupboard itself, there was work to be done in the loft, on the roof as well as downstairs in the lounge. Alex overcame all of the obstacles and got the job done in a timely manner leaving everything very neat and tidy and with no damage to the airing cupboard.
Therefore I will be happy and confident to call upon Expert Heat in the future.

The job was completed without any issues. I was very impressed by the communication as we were updated with text message and a phone call to say the engineer was running late. The leak was identified. I received a costing the following day. After I agreed the cost an appointment was made and believe it or not a very gentlemanly plumber arrived when expected. He did a thorough job and left the bathroom clean and repaired. What more could you ask for. Very happy customer, I will use them again.

Having just moved house,I found my boiler was not working,so I was looking for a heating company and found Expert Heat. They came out straight away and gave me a price to supply and fit a new boiler.
The price was very reasonable.
Alex the engineer who fitted the boiler did a fantastic job. He kept us informed while he was fitting the boiler.

Chris has fitted over the years, our bathroom, kitchen, a boiler, full gas central heating system and downstairs toilet. I can not recommend his services enough. Always on time, courteous, fast and hard working. Cleans up after himself and does everything he can to achieve what ever it is you need doing. Competitively priced.

1 year after the installation I have a remind sent via e mail and text to say my service is due which is great. Engineer arrived on time , super friendly and was very efficient with his service, took the time to chat while working. Great friendly family run business I will alway be using.
